Refund Policies
Business model:
- We run the business on Mudarbah model. You are Part A called as Investor (Rab ul Maal) and we are Party B called as Business men (Mudarib).
- The profit/loss sharing ratio is 70:30 where investors get 70% and company gets 30% of net profit and loss.
- We do not invest using bank or interest based loans.
- We also do not black market our commodities so that the business is halal.
Business commodities:
We run the business by purchasing seasonal crops like rice, cotton, sugar, potatoes, sarsun and wheat etc. depending on the availability and profit feasibility. We sell it at appropriate time avoiding black marketing. After sale, the net Profit is shared as 70% to investors.
Profit/loss sharing:
- After the sale of crop once the amount is recovered, the profit of each investor is calculated and posted into respective accounts made at CropsBusiness.com. This profit amount is automatically added into their invested amount.
- If loss happens then loss is also shared as 70:30. However we try our best to avoid losses and perform maximum feasibility exercise to avoid loss. If a crop is not worthy of profit then we simply do not invest and wait for the next crop.
Profit withdraws:
Once the profits are posted into accounts, each investor can post withdraw request using ‘Withdraw’ button. The profit amount is then transferred into their provided bank accounts with 3 days.
Refund policy:
Investors can post withdraw request after the sale of a crop. Once the amount is recovered after sale then the investment withdraw request will be processed within 7 days. We do not hold investment of any investor.
